Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales enquiries across commercial, administrative and operational aspects.
• Communicate with customers by email and telephone regarding rates, loading/unloading, transport details and other enquiries.
• Provide accurate information and ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, customer-oriented approach when addressing questions, complaints and operational issues.
