DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels is seeking a passionate Culinary Trainee for an internship of at least one month starting in 2026, in a prestigious hospitality setting.

You will support the kitchen, learn from an experienced team, and may work in restaurant or banqueting. The program offers housing support for international students, a complimentary lunch, and exposure to hygiene standards.

Shifts may run 7:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00, with weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required or strong working proficiency.
• Currently enrolled in hospitality or culinary programme.
• Passion for cooking and hospitality excellence.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
• Set up workstations and prepare ingredients.
• Assist with starters, mains, and desserts under supervision.
• Clean and maintain workstations, utensils and equipment.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards across operations.
• Support service organisation ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Participate in creation and testing of new recipes under supervision.
• Ensure every dish leaves the kitchen with impeccable presentation.
