Job summary

The Hotel Brussels is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Trainee to immerse in the luxury hospitality culture at Brussels’ iconic hotel. You will assist with banquet setups, receptions and events, while delivering attentive guest service alongside a professional team.

Ideal candidates are Hospitality Management or Tourism students with a 3–12 month internship agreement, fluent in English and French (Dutch a plus). Lunch is provided and accommodation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Studying Hospitality Management or Tourism with an internship agreement for 3–12 months.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented and enthusiastic about Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up banquets, receptions and exclusive events.
• Refine attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support the team in delivering upscale hospitality experience.
• Learn standards of upscale service and guest relations.
