eCarsTrade is a digital car marketplace serving professional buyers in more than 40 countries. We are seeking a proactive CRM Manager to boost retention and activation through data-driven strategies, experiments, and direct communications with dealers.

You will lead CRM development and optimization, manage HubSpot workflows, and drive sales automation while collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Formación

• Commercial skills: understand business needs and translate into technical solutions.
• HTML & CSS: essential for creating and customizing CRM communications.
• Testing & Analysis: run A/B tests and analyze funnels.
• CRM Automation Software: experience with automation tools (Zapier).
• MySQL: strong data management and analysis.
• JavaScript: optional for advanced customization.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and develop new hypotheses for continuous improvement.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize customer interactions and outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize incoming tasks and requests within the CRM.
