Ayvens is seeking a Core Application Support Engineer in Belgium to act as the first contact point for MILES incidents and requests. You will deliver sustainable fixes and ensure daily operation of Core Systems in collaboration with Change Teams and suppliers.

The role requires 2–3 years in ICT, fluency in English and French, and strong communication and analytical skills. A hybrid work model with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in ICT with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiar with SQL/PLSQL and agile mindset; knowledge of MILES is an asset.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client-focused skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first contact for incidents and service requests related to the Core System MILES.
• Provide sustainable solutions and ensure smooth daily operation of Core Systems.
• Collaborate with Change Teams or suppliers for fixes; prepare, test and deploy periodic updates.
• Report to IT Team Leader Support Center.
