Qualifications

• Genuine interest in technology, digital products, and API/integration environments.
• Experience working with technical tools and support systems.
• Full proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

• Support partners during onboarding and throughout their operational lifecycle.
• Investigate technical support tickets in a timely manner.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with internal engineering teams and partners.
