Ayvens is seeking a Core Application Support Engineer to act as the first contact for users regarding incidents or service requests related to the Core System MILES. You will ensure smooth daily operation, deliver sustainable fixes, and collaborate with Change Teams and suppliers to resolve issues.

The role requires 2–3 years of ICT experience, fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus), and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in ICT with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Familiar with SQL and PL/SQL; Agile mindset.
• Experience with MILES is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first contact for users regarding incidents or service requests related to the Core System MILES.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the Core Systems and provide sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate with Change Teams or suppliers to fix issues when needed.
• Prepare, test and deploy periodic updates in close collaboration with the Change Team.
