Responsibilities

• Welcome members warmly by phone, email, or chat and provide clear information.
• Handle more complex questions with tailored responses and ensure timely resolution to avoid follow-ups.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills in post-call follow-up and documentation.
• Participate in an extensive four-month training program, with sessions at the CM campus in Berchem, and ongoing learning afterward.
• Proactively identify opportunities to promote CM products and services.
