Product Pulse in Brussels is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its People, Talent & Culture team. You will design and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and align rewards with HR strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in C&B, knowledge of the Belgian labour market, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ideally Power BI; fluency in English plus French and/or Dutch. Hybrid work model offered.

• 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
