Job summary

MSI Pharma is seeking a Flexible Benefits Consultant (Compensation & Benefits) to enhance their flexible benefits programmes. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Rewards, and external vendors to ensure a compliant, scalable, and employee-focused offering.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing flexible income plans, a strong grasp of compliance frameworks, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree and preferred professional certifications.

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organization seeking an experienced Flexible Benefits Consultant (Compensation & Benefits) to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of flexible benefits programmes. This role will work closely with HR, Rewards, and external vendors to ensure a compliant, scalable, and employee-focused benefits offering. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in flexible income plans and a track record of delivering benefits solutions in complex, international environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or managing flexible benefits/flex income plans
• Strong understanding of compensation & benefits frameworks
• Experience working within large, global organisations, ideally in highly regulated environments
• Ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, and external providers
• Experience supporting system configuration or benefits platforms
• Comfortable working in a project‑based, fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in Compensation & Benefits/Rewards roles, ideally within pharma or similar regulated industries
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and governance frameworks
