Weevo HR is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Consultant to optimise C&B practices for client organisations. You will conduct audits, benchmarks, and salary reviews, and you will help design pay scales, bonuses and benefits structures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in Hard HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other language; comfortable in English.
• Knowledge of Belgian social legislation to ensure compliance and up-to-date practice.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel for data, analysis and reporting.
• Project management and adaptability; able to manage multiple projects across cultures.
• Project-based approach with ability to propose concrete solutions and support clients through changes.
• Meticulous, curious and results-oriented with a people-centered approach.

2. What should you expect?

As a Compensation & Benefits Consultant, you will work with our clients to optimise their C&B practices. Depending on the assignment, you may be involved in:

• Audits and benchmarks: salaries, benefits, market practices.
• Pay scales and bonuses: creation, adaptation, harmonisation.
• Optimization: structuring of benefits, career progression, pensions.
• Policies: formalisation of rules, guides, HR materials.
• Specific projects: salary reviews, flexi‑benefit schemes, benefits management.
• Cross‑functional collaboration and sharing of best practices.

3. Who are you?

• Experience: You have at least 5 years’ experience in Hard HR, with a specific focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Language skills: You are fluent in French or Dutch, but you have a good understanding of the other language. You also feel comfortable in English.
• Knowledge of social legislation: You have a sound knowledge of Belgian social legislation to ensure compliance with regulations and you make sure to keep this knowledge up to date.
• Analytical skills and tools: You have an (almost perfect) command of Excel and are comfortable with figures, analysis and reporting.
• Project Management and adaptability: You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and adapt to a variety of corporate cultures.
• Project-based approach and impact: You enjoy working on a project basis, proposing concrete solutions, persuading clients and supporting them through structural changes.
• Soft skills: You are meticulous, curious and results‑oriented, whilst adopting a people‑centred approach in your work.
