Job summary

Manpower Belgium is partnering with a leading international mobility solutions provider to hire a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. You will ensure accurate Belgian payroll administration and compliant compensation management while supporting employees on payroll and benefits topics.

The role covers monthly payroll, contracts and lifecycle administration, FIP, and HR data reporting. Permanent contract, competitive salary, flexible hours, and work-from-home several days per week are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Belgian social legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong payroll experience and attention to compliance.
• Proficient in HR data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process from A to Z with the provider.
• Serve as the main contact for payroll, compensation, and benefits questions.
• Administer and support the Flexible Income Plan (FIP).
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, addenda, and lifecycle administration.
• Support fleet administration and mobility-related processes.
• Maintain HR data, prepare reports, and monitor HR KPIs.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and mailbox activities.

Job Description:

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll administration and compensation management in compliance with Belgian legislation and company policies. You will support employees on payroll and benefits-related matters while contributing to a smooth HR administration process.

• Manage the monthly payroll process from A to Z in collaboration with the payroll provider.
• Act as the main contact for payroll, compensation, and benefits questions.

• Prepare and manage employment contracts, addenda, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Support fleet administration and mobility-related processes.
• Maintain HR data, prepare reports, and monitor HR KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Belgian social legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of E-Blox, Workday, and Protime.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
