Weevo HR is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Consultant to optimise C&B practices for client organisations. You will conduct audits, benchmarks, and salary reviews, and you will help design pay scales, bonuses and benefits structures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in Hard HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other language; comfortable in English.
• Knowledge of Belgian social legislation to ensure compliance and up-to-date practice.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel for data, analysis and reporting.
• Project management and adaptability; able to manage multiple projects across cultures.
• Project-based approach with ability to propose concrete solutions and support clients through changes.
• Meticulous, curious and results-oriented with a people-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients to optimise C&B practices and deliver audits, benchmarks and pay scale analyses.
• Develop and harmonise pay scales, bonuses and benefits structures.
• Structure benefits, career progression and pensions; formalise HR policies and guides.
• Lead salary reviews and flexi-benefit schemes; manage benefits projects.
• Collaborate across functions and share best practices.
