• Meticulous, results-oriented, with responsibility for tasks.
• Affinity for digital tools and new technologies.
• Fluent Dutch and good French; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are the primary point of contact for individual customers and provide tailored advice;
• You build long-term relationships with customers and ensure an excellent experience;
• You support customers with their banking, insurance, credit, and investment needs;
• You identify business opportunities and present appropriate solutions;
• You actively contribute to achieving business objectives;
• You follow up on leads generated by campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer interactions;
• You help customers use digital banking services such as mobile apps and online platforms;
• You process customer files accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (KYC, AML, GDPR);
• You carefully record customer interactions in the internal systems;
• You work closely with colleagues and refer customers to specialists when necessary.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or has comparable experience in a financial or commercial setting;
• Preferably has some experience in the banking sector, insurance, or financial services;
• Shows an interest in financial products such as loans, insurance, and investments;
• Is customer-focused, possesses strong communication skills, and has a commercial mindset;
• Effectively analyzes customer needs and can translate them into appropriate solutions;
• Works meticulously, is results-oriented, and takes responsibility for their own tasks;
• Has an affinity for digital tools and new technologies;
• Speaks Dutch fluently and has a good command of French; knowledge of English is a plus;
• Is proficient in using MS Office applications, and experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
