Responsabilités

• Promote the full range of insurance products to grow client portfolios.
• Work independently at your sales location and maintain presentation standards.
• Report to Team Leader and collaborate as needed.
• Convince customers over the phone and tailor coverage to needs.
• Handle contract issuance, renewals, and underwriting rules.
• Draft addenda and attachments; review and adjust premiums.
• Record changes and oversee premium collection; ensure timely processing.
• Provide accurate customer service and proactive file management.

Will you be our new Insurance Advisor? In this challenging role, you’ll promote our full range of products and help grow our clients’ insurance portfolios. With your commercial drive and communication skills, you’ll be able to win over clients and build lasting relationships. You’ll work independently and deliver top-quality service, while also performing administrative tasks with precision. Responsibilities

• You are responsible for promoting our client’s entire product lineup, with the goal of increasing the number of contracts signed and expanding each client’s insurance portfolio;
• You will work independently at your sales location and ensure that it is well-presented and operates efficiently, in line with the set objectives;
• You will report directly to your Team Leader;
• With your extensive knowledge of the product range and your strong communication and sales skills, you know how to convince customers over the phone to choose our client;
• You handle the issuance of contracts (new or replacement) in accordance with established underwriting rules and within the deadlines;
• You tailor the coverage based on the customers’ needs;
• You draft the addenda and/or attachments;
• You review and recalculate the premium amounts;
• You record all changes related to the customer;
• You oversee the collection of premiums;
• You ensure accurate interpretation of customer inquiries and make tailored proposals to meet the customer’s needs;
• You make proactive decisions in real time to ensure accurate, prompt, and efficient processing of files;
• You accurately perform the necessary administrative tasks and ensure the continuity of customer service, including the collective management of files and the standardized recording of information.

Qualifications

• Is fluent in both Dutch and French;
• Has a strong commercial drive and can effectively build a client portfolio, fostering trust to establish long‑term relationships. Direct contact with clients is a true passion for you;
• Has strong communication skills and can express yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
• Works independently and assertively, with a strong motivation to thrive in a dynamic, retail‑like environment;
• Is resilient under stress and handles high‑pressure situations well;
• Is willing to learn continuously and is open to innovation and change;
• Works exceptionally well as part of a team and can temporarily set aside his or her own tasks to ensure customer service;
