Axis Group - HR Advisor is seeking a Banking and Insurance Advisor located in the Flemish Brabant region to support clients in achieving their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer-focused experience and a passion for finance.

In this role, you will provide advice through both digital channels and in-person meetings, working closely with your clients to find tailored solutions. A competitive salary along with flexible benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• You support and advise individual clients in realizing their specific short- and medium-term projects.
• You do this both through digital channels (such as Teams) and during in-person meetings.
• As a trusted financial partner, you work with clients to find solutions that meet their unique needs, whether it involves day‑to‑day banking, providing loans, protecting valuable assets, or saving for retirement.
• You are well‑versed in the digital world and enjoy helping clients use online platforms and digital tools.
• You receive regular feedback and coaching from your Sales Manager to further develop your skills.
• Together with your team, you contribute to achieving commercial goals and results.

• Possesses excellent listening skills and easily builds strong connections with clients.
• Works well within a team and is driven to achieve shared goals.
• Is passionate about the financial sector and has a strong interest in banking and insurance solutions.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree and/or has at least three years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Has a command of the Dutch language down to the finest detail.
