Axis Group - HR Advisor is seeking a Commercial Advisor in Schoten, Belgium. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing tailored banking and insurance solutions, and assisting with administrative tasks.

You will ideally hold a bachelor’s degree and possess a commercial mindset to build lasting relationships and identify business opportunities. The position offers a permanent contract with a stimulating work environment and opportunities for growth in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for individual customers at the branch and via phone/email
• You provide personalized advice on banking and insurance products (day-to-day banking, savings, loans, insurance, etc.)
• You build lasting customer relationships and proactively identify business opportunities
• You assist customers with administrative tasks and ensure that files are processed smoothly
• You actively monitor existing client portfolios and ensure proper follow-up
• You contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the local branch
• You work closely with colleagues to achieve the branch’s commercial and quality objectives

Qualifications

• You hold at least a bachelor’s degree and combine this with a strong professional attitude
• Above all, you are someone who wants to work, learn, and advance within the financial sector
• You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions
• You live in the immediate vicinity of Schoten and can easily be deployed at a local office (max. ±15-minute commute)
• Initial experience in the banking sector is important and represents a clear advantage
• You are flexible and willing to support the team through telephone customer interactions
