This role involves assisting customers with insurance needs and providing high-quality service while developing into a senior advisor.

Responsibilities

• In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in the world of insurance, together with a close-knit group of fellow newcomers. You will follow theoretical training courses and receive practical guidance.
• Once you are fully up and running, you will assist our customers with all their insurance needs. With your empathy and commercial attitude, you will engage in the necessary discussions and propose appropriate (insurance) solutions.
• As a team player, you share the drive to achieve the office's objectives together with your colleagues, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
• You will continue to invest in your own development to become a 'super advisor', and you can count on guidance from your Field Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Good communicator and listener.
• Empathetic personality.
• Experience in the insurance sector or customer contact is an added advantage.
