Axis Group in Antwerp is seeking a Client Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers. In this role, you will provide advice, resolve issues independently, and support the sales team while accessing tailored development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for clients (business owners and professionals) via phone, email, app, and in person at the office
• You resolve client inquiries in a client-focused manner, as independently as possible
• When necessary, you refer clients to the appropriate account or district managers
• You ensure a warm and professional welcome during office visits and events
• You actively listen to clients and identify business opportunities
• You proactively share relevant information and client needs with account managers
• You schedule appointments and manage the calendar (for both yourself and clients)
• You make initial contact with potential new clients
• You provide administrative support to the sales team
• You accurately process client data and keep it up to date in the systems
• You handle practical and organizational tasks in the office
• You provide logistical support for organizing events

Qualifications

• Don’t have any prior experience in the banking sector? No worries—that’s not an obstacle
