In this role, you will analyze the financial needs of customers and offer customized solutions, together with our specialized colleagues. You will build lasting relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and guide credit applications from start to finish. Responsibilities

• You analyze the business needs and financial situation of entrepreneurs and advise them on professional loans, cash flow management, investment opportunities, and tax optimization.
• You offer customized solutions in collaboration with specialized colleagues and clearly explain the financial consequences, conditions, and risks to clients.
• You build lasting relationships with self-employed professionals, freelancers, and SMEs, manage a select portfolio, and act as a strategic confidant.
• You proactively monitor developments at clients, their businesses, and the market in order to tailor your advice to their situation.
• You actively seek out entrepreneurs in your region, recognize commercial opportunities, and convert them into concrete actions, with a focus on quality lead generation and cross-selling together with colleagues.
• You will supervise credit applications and professional files from start to finish, work with credit analysts and various specialists, and ensure correct administrative and compliance processing.
• You will participate in local networking events and build relationships with partners, accountants, and external advisors to strengthen the growth and visibility of your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Has a bachelor's/master's degree in finance, banking, and insurance, and holds FSMA certificates.
• Has several years of commercial experience in banking, business consulting, or lending, preferably with knowledge of SME financing or professional insurance.
• Has strong expertise in professional loans, taxation, and cash flow management, and has an analytical and financial mindset.
• Communicates fluently in Dutch and works efficiently with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Acts proactively, remains calm under pressure, and adapts quickly to change.
• Recognizes commercial opportunities and closely monitors KPIs and portfolio growth.
