Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. seeks a Sales Account Management Specialist (Chinese OEM) to manage customer relationships, RFQ, quotation, and follow-up across Chinese OEM accounts in the EMEA region.

The role requires fluent English and Chinese, SAP knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Logistics, Finance and Sales to ensure timely, accurate quotations and successful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Sales or a related area.
• Experience in Marketing, Account Management or Project Management is an advantage.
• Professional level of English and Chinese.
• SAP knowledge and strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main local point of contact for Chinese OEM customers.
• Coordinate RFQ, quotation and follow-up with internal teams.
• Support customer meetings and commercial discussions.
• Prepare quotations and submit packages on time.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance & Controlling and Sales.
