Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy or senior operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily CEO office operations and prioritize executive tasks.
• Advise the CEO on strategic decisions and act as the right hand.
• Attend executive meetings and take on high-level corporate tasks for the CEO.
• Improve governance, streamline processes, and boost productivity across the group.
• Provide strategic analysis and reporting on global operations and performance.
• Identify opportunities and mitigate risks with GMT input.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Lead critical corporate projects, M&A activities or transformations.
• Facilitate GMT alignment across Regions and Functions.
