TVH, based at our Global Headquarters in Waregem, Belgium, seeks a senior executive to support the CEO in shaping global strategy, overseeing critical projects, and communicating objectives across regions and functions.

The role requires a background in management consulting or corporate strategy, with a focus on governance, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level advisory capabilities. The position is anchored in the CEO's office at TVH Park, Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of a proven track record in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-level business operations.
• Proven experience in organizing, aligning, and managing cross-functional teams and large-scale corporate projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of the CEO office and support in prioritizing executive tasks.
• Advise the CEO on important business and strategic decisions as a trusted right hand.
• Attend executive meetings and represent the CEO when needed.
• Improve governance and optimize internal processes across the group.
• Provide high-level insights and reporting on global operations and performance.
