TVH Group in Waregem seeks a Business Process Owner for Fulfillment Transfer, Quality & Stock Operations to own end-to-end L1/L2/L3 processes. You will govern performance, align process design with enterprise strategy, and drive continuous improvement across global operations.

You will lead cross-functional design, ensure adoption through change management programs, and partner with Transformation Office, IT and data teams to deliver measurable value. Hybrid work in Waregem is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in business process ownership, process architecture or transformation leadership.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end processes in global settings.
• Familiarity with ADKAR change management and driving adoption at scale.
• Expertise in process management methods and governance tools (BPMN, Jira, LeanIX).

Responsabilités

• Define and govern strategic direction for L2 processes and associated L3 design.
• Lead cross-functional process design, documentation and deployment for L2/L3.
• Drive global process harmonization with smart localization where needed.
• Deploy change management and training plans to ensure adoption.
• Define KPIs, monitor health indicators and drive continuous improvement.
