TVH in Belgium seeks a senior leader to support the CEO from our Global Headquarters in Waregem. The role centers on guiding the corporate strategy, managing executive initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional programs across regions and functions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a business management role or top-tier consulting, with governance focus and a collaborative leadership style to align the organization with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-level business operations.
• Proven experience organizing, aligning, and managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communicator in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily operations of the CEO office and prioritize executive tasks.
• Advise the CEO, acting as right hand for important business and strategic decisions.
• Attend executive meetings on behalf of the CEO and take on assigned responsibilities.
• Improve governance, optimize internal processes, and coordinate organizational procedures.
• Provide high-level insights, strategic analysis and reporting on global operations.
• Identify strategic opportunities and address core systemic problems in day-to-day business functions.
• Assess business, financial and operational risk with GMT members during key decisions.
• Handle highly sensitive corporate information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Provide leadership for special corporate projects, M&A activities, or transformation initiatives.
• Support GMT, sharpen decision-making and align Regions and Functions.
