VP Media Solutions, based in Brussels, seeks a Business Development Manager & Co-CEO to drive growth and lead operations. You will define growth strategy, manage key accounts, and supervise Finance, HR, and project delivery with a focus on margins.

You will report to the Advisory Board and work with the CTO to steer day-to-day operations, while expanding into new media-adjacent industries and international markets. Fluency in English plus Dutch and/or French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical B2B sales and large deals.
• Experience leading executive or senior management in SMEs.
• Strong affinity for Media Technology, Broadcast, or IT/network systems.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a proactive growth strategy across Benelux, France and EU regions.
• Expand into verticals where media tech is critical (Medical, Sports, Corporate, IT).
• Drive high-value deals and oversee tenders with long sales cycles.
• Oversee internal operations including Finance, Admin, and HR.
• Partner with the Co-CEO and CTO on strategy and vision.
