TVH Parts Holding NV in Belgium is seeking a senior executive assistant to the CEO, based at our Global Headquarters in Waregem. You will act as right hand to the CEO, manage executive tasks, and provide strategic insights and reporting on global operations.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, with excellent English and Dutch communication. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-level business operations.
• Proven ability to organize cross-functional teams and manage large projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch communication.

This transition at TVH aligns with an ambitious new chapter of strategic transformation, designed to sustain long-term global growth.You will be based at our Global Headquarters in Waregem, Belgium. In this key role supporting the CEO, you will have an immediate impact on our global corporate strategy and operations, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing critical project management, and communicating corporate objectives across departments, regions, and executive leadership.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role and/or a background in a top-tier consulting firm, with a special focus on executive-level advising, corporate governance, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the CEO office and support in prioritizing critical executive tasks.Help the CEO manage their time effectively while acting in an advisory role for important business and strategic decisions, serving as a true right hand to the CEO.Take over assigned responsibilities, handle high-level corporate tasks, and attend executive meetings on behalf of the CEO.Use your organizational and problem-solving skills to improve corporate governance, optimize internal processes, and coordinate organizational procedures for enhanced efficiency and group productivity.Provide the CEO with high-level insights, strategic analysis, and comprehensive reporting on the company’s global operations and business performance, in close cooperation with the respective Functions.Identify strategic opportunities and help solve core systemic problems within day-to-day global business functions.Provide input and share opinions to help evaluate business, financial and operational risk in collaboration with GMT members when key executive decisions are being evaluated and made.Handle highly sensitive and confidential corporate information with the absolute utmost discretion.Provide strategic support and leadership oversight for critical special corporate projects, M&A activities, or transformation initiatives.Act as a proactive support, facilitator and thought partner to the GMT (General Management Team), helping sharpen decision-making, strengthen team effectiveness, and drive alignment across the Regions and the Functions (Commercial, Finance, HR, IT & Data, P&P and Operations).Act as a neutral sounding board for GMT members, leveraging the unique nature of this position (carrying no functional or regional “hat”) to foster objective dialogue and balanced organizational alignment.Act as “process owner” of the Board of Directors governance by managing and significantly contributing to the Board agendaProfileMaster’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of a proven track record in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-level business operations.Proven experience in organizing, aligning, and managing multiple cross-functional teams, large-scale corporate projects, or strategic initiatives.Excellent communicator in written and verbal form in both English and Dutch.Extremely versatile and dedicated to driving efficient organizational productivity and strategic alignment.Strong strategic planning, synthesis, and executive reporting skills.Ability to prioritize complex tasks, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced executive environment.Strong organizational, relationship-building, and time-management skills.Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and advanced problem-solving ability.Absolute confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in handling highly sensitive corporate information.What's in it for youYou will become part of a people-oriented company where your well-being really matters.
