Capgemini Belgium is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to support a major industrial overhaul by drafting tender documents, leading negotiations and issuing purchase orders in line with planning requirements.

You will coordinate with global procurement organisations, conduct market analysis and cost benchmarking, manage the supplier panel and collaborate with site management to ensure continuity of supply and successful feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 4 years in procurement, purchasing or supplier management.
• Fluent in French and English with strong autonomy and communication.

Job Description

• Location: Charleroi
• Supporting the preparation and execution of a major industrial overhaul by drafting tender documents, leading negotiations, and deploying purchase orders in line with planning requirements
• Coordinating with global procurement organisations to leverage existing framework contracts and ensure alignment with corporate procurement strategy
• Conducting market analysis including cost benchmarking to support informed purchasing decisions and drive value for the project
• Managing and qualifying a supplier panel using dedicated company tools, while handling supplier disputes and ensuring continuity of supply
• Attending site meetings and collaborating daily with a wide range of stakeholders, including site management, maintenance, operations and planning teams to monitor progress and support feasibility studies

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supplier management
• You are proficient with MAXIMO CMMS at an advanced level, and are comfortable working with procurement and supplier qualification tools
• You demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, procurement strategy and supplier research
• You are fluent in both French and English, and are known for your autonomy, adaptability, communication skills and ability to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
