Capgemini Belgium seeks a Senior Lean Transformation Lead to lead multidisciplinary teams driving operational transformation and continuous improvement. You will accelerate accreditations, implement S&OP, and reduce issue resolution times while embedding a problem-solving culture across all sites.

The role demands a strong Lean background, the ability to influence stakeholders, and experience in quality management systems within industrial environments.

Where no two days are the same.Job DescriptionLocation: Multisite (Tubize, Herstal, Evegnée, Baronville)Leading multidisciplinary teams in the application of Lean methodologies, guiding root cause analysis and the swift implementation of corrective actions to significantly reduce response times across product, process, and organisational challenges.Driving operational transformation by forming and leading rapid-response teams, streamlining processes, and eliminating inefficiencies — with the goal of cutting issue resolution times by 50% or more.Championing continuous improvement by developing and executing strategic action plans based on thorough trend analysis from audits and operational performance data, while removing departmental silos and embedding a problem-solving mindset across the organisation.Accelerating organisational agility by fast-tracking new accreditations, supporting the implementation of new frameworks such as S&OP, and maintaining a forward-thinking, results-driven culture across all sites.Promoting a strong quality culture by advocating for and implementing quality standards and norms throughout the organisation, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest levels of integrity in all operations.Your ProfileA Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.Extensive hands-on Lean experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading practical Lean projects in the field, including proven expertise in 8D/9S problem-solving methodologies in an aerospace, automotive, defence or similar industrial environment.Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and driving cultural and structural transformation within large organisations.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and translate data into actionable improvement plans, complemented by foundational knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.Familiarity with quality management systems and certification processes, combined with experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, and excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.What You'll Love About Working HereAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
