• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch.

Job Description

• Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, facilitating steering committee meetings, and documenting outcomes to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring, challenge planning and resource allocation decisions, track deliverables and milestones, and raise alerts on impacting deviations to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Consolidate risks and mitigation plans through a structured Risk Register, animate risk review sessions, assist with risk scenario planning, and monitor risk management activities across projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and knowledge management, including internal workshops, feedback sessions, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, while providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support to project teams on PMO processes, tools, and best practices.

Your Profile

• You have at least 10 years of experience in a Project Management or PMO role within an international and technically demanding environment, with a proven ability to operate across complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes.
• You have solid expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial monitoring, and are comfortable challenging and supporting project managers at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• You are proficient in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project and Power BI, and are confident in maintaining and supporting their use across project teams.
• You demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, lead workshops, and produce clear, structured documentation.
• You are fluent in English, and have proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
