Capgemini Engineering in Belgium is looking for a motivated project professional to join a multidisciplinary team in Liège. You will build and maintain detailed project schedules, cost breakdowns and KPIs, using MS Project and Clarity to support accurate reporting to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Civil/Industrial/Bio Engineering, 1–2 years’ experience, fluency in French and English, and is pragmatic, proactive and autonomous in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil/Industrial/Bio Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of MS Project; Clarity familiarity a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in project management.
• Pragmatic, proactive and autonomous in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and cost breakdown structures across a portfolio of industrial projects using MS Project and Clarity.
• Support resource management by developing scope breakdowns and OBS to improve team efficiency.
• Organise and facilitate project risk analysis sessions and integrate risk into schedules and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project KPIs, dashboards and reports for steering committee presentations.

Job Description

• Location: Liège
• Building and maintaining detailed project schedules and cost breakdown structures across a portfolio of industrial projects, using MS Project and Clarity to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Supporting the full resource management process by developing and updating scope breakdowns and organisational breakdown structures (OBS), helping teams work more effectively and efficiently.
• Organising and facilitating project risk analysis sessions, managing the full administrative follow-up including risk encoding, contingency creation, and integration into project schedules and budgets.
• Developing and maintaining project KPIs, dashboards and reports for steering committee presentations, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development of new project management models, templates and procedures, covering areas such as resource management, risk management and scheduling methodologies.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in Civil, Industrial or Bio Engineering, or a related discipline, and are eager to launch your career in project management within a complex industrial environment.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project; familiarity with Clarity is a plus.
• You are fluent in French & English
• You have 1 to 2 years of experience
• You are pragmatic, proactive and autonomous, with a genuine enthusiasm for working within multidisciplinary teams and tackling new challenges in a fast-paced project environment.
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to identify and help resolve conflicts related to resources, budgets or scheduling in a constructive and collaborative way.
