Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Quality Assurance Management Coordinator to lead quality governance across Belgian sites, spanning bid to delivery. You will align stakeholders and drive excellence in project lifecycles within a regulated environment.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years in quality roles, strong knowledge of ISO 9001/EN 9100, Lean and Six Sigma, plus excellent communication across technical and customer audiences.

Your Role

As a Quality Assurance Management Coordinator, you will serve as the central reference for Bid & Project Quality Assurance activities across multiple sites in Belgium, playing a key transversal leadership role within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. You will drive quality governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure excellence throughout the full project lifecycle — from bid to delivery.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Defining, deploying, and continuously improving the Bid & Project Quality Assurance framework across multiple Belgian sites, ensuring quality commitments made during bids are realistic, achievable, and aligned with operational capabilities
• Acting as the key interface between Quality, Projects, Engineering, Industrial Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, facilitating alignment between stakeholders and resolving cross-functional quality issues, risks, and conflicts
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring and analysing KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, while ensuring lessons learned and best practices are captured and shared across the organisation
• Representing Thales Belgium within Group Quality networks, leading quality reviews and governance workshops, and supporting customer meetings and external audits when required
• Escalating major risks or deviations to relevant stakeholders and contributing to the maturity of quality culture, operational excellence, and risk management practices across the organisation

Your Profile

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Project Quality, or Quality Management within industrial and project-driven environments, ideally in aerospace, defence, transportation, or energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies including ISO 9001, EN 9100, Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA, combined with a solid understanding of project and bid management processes
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex matrix organisations, with excellent communication skills adaptable to technical, managerial, and customer audiences
• Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in Dutch is considered a strong asset
• A rigorous, organised, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
