W Racingteam in Bierset, Belgium, is looking for a senior sourcing manager with over 10 years of experience in procurement. The successful candidate will lead commercial negotiations, manage high-value contracts, and work collaboratively with internal teams.

We seek an individual with strong negotiation skills and expertise in procurement processes, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability criteria.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure optimal terms and conditions.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
• Manage high-value contracts and long-term supplier agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., production, R&D, logistics, finance).
• Develop and lead cross-functional sourcing and improvement projects.
• Mitigate supply risks and establish alternative sourcing strategies.
• Track supplier performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Supervising a team of Stock & Logistic coordinators (2 people).

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role for at least 10 years.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and supplier management.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools. MS dyncamics is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch & French is a plus.
• Hands on approach with a flexible “Can Do” & “Will Do” attitude.
• Flexible with workload and tight deadline.
