Engibex is a dynamic Belgian engineering consultancy headquartered in Brussels, where we develop our activities on the Belgian market. We are seeking a Business Manager to build and lead a new business unit within our structure in Brussels.

You will own the Business Development Strategy, acquire a solid client portfolio, and manage a team of consultants while overseeing financial performance. This entrepreneurial role offers long-term growth and a competitive salary with fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management.
• 0 to 4 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French mother tongue; knowledge of another language is a plus.

Headquartered in Brussels, we develop our activities on the Belgian market. Engibex focuses on solving technical problems for customers and partners through project or outsourcing engineering activities.

To strengthen our internal team in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Business Manager. This is an entrepreneurial role, where you will have the unique opportunity to build your own business unit within an existing structure.

Profile / Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management;


• You have 0 to 4 years of work experience;


• You have Dutch or French as your mother tongue, and are fluent in English;


• A good knowledge of another national language is a plus;


• You have an affinity and passion for technology;


• You can listen and communicate well, are persuasive and proactive;


• You are autonomous, you can set your own priorities but you are also a team player with an eye for business interests;


• You are hands-on person with a clear problem-solving attitude;


• You are comfortable with initiative and motivation to achieve planned and ambitious goals.
