ENGIBEX in Belgium is seeking a Business Developer to fuel commercial growth and expand the client portfolio. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and align needs with engineering capabilities.

You will collaborate with recruitment to match consultants to projects, monitor market trends, and drive negotiations to close deals while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a commercial or business development role.
• Proven experience in prospection / lead generation.
• Fluent in English and fluent in French and/or Dutch.
• Result-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and identify new potential clients (cold calling, emailing, networking, events).
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your client portfolio.
• Understand clients' technical needs and translate them into concrete staffing opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to match consultants with projects.
