AGAD Technology is seeking a Business Manager in Belgium to accelerate development. You will lead business development, manage client relationships, participate in consultant recruitment, and ensure follow-up and career development of consultants.

You will identify opportunities, build partnerships with decision-makers, negotiate terms, and contribute to AGAD's growth strategy. Strong English and French are required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience within IT consulting, staffing, recruitment, or professional services.
• Strong commercial mindset and hunter mentality.
• Comfortable speaking with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and daily rates; build AGAD's presence with key accounts.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to identify the right consultants and participate in interviews.

This role combines business development, client management, recruitment involvement, and consultants' follow-up.

Your Mission

Business Development

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
• Meet decision-makers and understand their IT staffing and consulting needs.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and daily rates.
• Build AGAD's presence within key accounts.

Consultant Management

• Work closely with recruitment teams to identify the right consultants.
• Participate in candidate interviews and selections.
• Ensure follow-up, retention, and career development of consultants.
• Anticipate project renewals and new opportunities.

Business Management

• Manage your own revenue and margin objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow KPIs and business performance.
• Contribute actively to AGAD's growth strategy.

Your Profile
