Engibex is a dynamic Belgian engineering consultancy headquartered in Brussels, where we develop our activities on the Belgian market. We are seeking a Business Manager to build and lead a new business unit within our structure in Brussels.

You will own the Business Development Strategy, acquire a solid client portfolio, and manage a team of consultants while overseeing financial performance. This entrepreneurial role offers long-term growth and a competitive salary with fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management.
• 0 to 4 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French mother tongue; knowledge of another language is a plus.

• Manage a Business Development Strategy;
• Acquire and develop a solid customer portfolio;
• Organising & coordinating commercial relationships with your partners;
• Acquire the necessary resources to help achieve our clients' objectives;
