Médiane Benelux is seeking a Commercial Development professional to identify and win new clients across Flanders. You will manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through quotation, negotiation, and contract signing, while expanding existing accounts with trust-based relationships.

Fluent Dutch/French is required, English is a plus. You bring autonomous, proactive drive, strong communication, and a deep understanding of the Flemish industrial landscape to shape the company’s growth and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Developer, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
• Bilingual Dutch/French (English is an asset).
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building lasting trust-based relationships.
• Good knowledge of the Flemish industrial ecosystem.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering professions.

Responsabilités
