FH Collective Academy seeks a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will engage Benelux B2B prospects, identify technical pain points, and generate SQOs to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

The role requires Dutch (C2) and English (C1); provide outbound calls, email campaigns, and CRM experience. Relocation support and private health insurance are offered with a modern seafront office and career progression.

Qualifications

• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1), written and spoken.
• Proven outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and Benelux market dynamics (GDPR, ROI).
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Position Overview

Join a global leader in business services as a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year base + up to €3,407.56 gross/year performance bonus.

• Technical & Regional Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics (business etiquette, GDPR compliance, ROI discussions).
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
