FH Collective Academy is recruiting a Business Development Representative to drive Google Cloud adoption in the Benelux market from Barcelona. The role targets B2B prospects, identifies pain points, and generates Sales Qualified Opportunities to extend Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Hybrid Barcelona office, relocation assistance, and private health insurance are part of the package. A strong focus on outbound outreach, CRM accuracy, and quota attainment will be essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Experience in outbound IT cold calling and B2B lead generation.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce) required.
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Identify technical pain points and map requirements to Google Cloud solutions.
• Aim to achieve quarterly SQO quotas and outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts and pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

Position Overview

Join a global leader in business services as a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

• Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year base + up to €3,407.56 gross/year performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Languages: C2 Dutch and C1 English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Technical & Regional Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics (business etiquette, GDPR compliance, ROI discussions).
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
