FH Collective Academy is seeking a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux region, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

The role requires Dutch (C2) and English (C1), a proven outbound sales background, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling and B2B lead generation.
• CRM tools experience, especially Salesforce.
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months relevant practical experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Identify technical pain points and map requirements to GCP solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Position Overview

Join a global leader in business services as a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year base + up to €3,407.56 gross/year performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Languages: C2 Dutch and C1 English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Technical & Regional Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics (business etiquette, GDPR compliance, ROI discussions).
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
