Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Associate for the Cross Border team, focusing on French-speaking markets across Europe.

The role reports to the Belgium Country Director and involves building relationships with high-value corporate clients from Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland. You'll drive early sales activity through targeted outreach, qualification of leads, and close collaboration with analysts and account managers to present risk management and payment

You will report directly to the Country Director of Belgium and regularly collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to support the Sales activity. **How We Work**As a Business Development Associate, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: * Assigned workspace in Brussels office.* Company-issued equipment* Formal, hands-on training with local management and teammates **Role Responsibilities**The responsibilities of the role will include: * Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads.* Driving initial sales pipeline through highly targeted, multi-channel B2B outreach. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation.
