Axis Group - HR Advisor invites you to join as a Corporate Client Services Advisor, connecting clients with innovative Cash Management solutions for local and international accounts.

You will communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English, analyze client needs, and support post-implementation activities. The role involves collaboration across Belgium and international teams, ongoing product training, and delivering proactive, precise client guidance.

Responsabilités

• Engage daily with clients in your portfolio on Cash Management solutions for local and international accounts.
• Coordinate post-implementation needs for Cash Management products (Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, Cash Pool).
• Maintain an overview of active requests via a dashboard and update clients on status through meetings.
• Collaborate across departments in Belgium and internationally in a global working environment.
• Participate in regular trainings to stay informed on product developments.
• Analyze and manage your client portfolio to provide informed advice and resolve recurring issues.

• You engage daily with clients in your designated portfolio, addressing their operational inquiries regarding a diverse range of Cash Management solutions, including payments, reporting, cash pooling, cards, and electronic platforms, for both local and international accounts;
• You coordinate and manage post-implementation needs related to Cash Management products, such as Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, and Cash Pool;
• You maintain a comprehensive overview of all active requests through a dashboard and provide regular updates to clients on their requests’ status through scheduled meetings;
• You collaborate with multiple departments within the organization, both within Belgium and internationally, contributing to a global working environment;
• You continuously enhance your understanding of the various products and applications by participating in regular training sessions to stay informed of the latest developments;
• You focus on effectively managing and analyzing your client portfolio, which is essential for delivering informed advice, proactively addressing concerns, and resolving recurring challenges;
