Job summary

Keystone Solutions recherche un Analyste métier et testeur pour une mission de deux mois à Bruxelles, sur site, axée sur la transformation numérique des permis d’environnement et d’urbanisme. Vous travaillerez avec les parties prenantes pour analyser le contexte, clarifier les besoins et modéliser les attentes afin de documenter les exigences.

Vous aiderez le processus de tests et la rédaction des scénarios d’acceptation, et participerez à la validation selon la stratégie qualité.

Qualifications

• Capacité de gestion d’équipes.
• Connaissance et expérience en tests d’application (méthode de testing).
• Expérience d’écriture cahier des charges pour des solutions IT complexes.
• Connaissance du domaine des permis d’environnement (Décret, Processus).
• Expérience pratique de JIRA/Confluence.
• Expérience significative comme analyste fonctionnel dans des projets informatiques complexes.

Responsibilities

• Préparer, faciliter et documenter des ateliers avec le métier.
• Coordonner avec les architectes, POs et autres analystes pour assurer la cohérence des analyses.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les secteurs impliqués et leurs partenaires externes.
• Modéliser, créer et maintenir le cahier des charges et communiquer les résultats.
• Proposer des stratégies de simplification tout en respectant les contraintes du projet.

Job description

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst and Tester on a consultancy mission at a client site focused on the digital transformation of urban planning and environmental permits. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their context and objectives, clarify their needs, and model/document their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager in overseeing the update of the new IT solution for the Mon Permis program to ensure its sustainability.
• Understand the context and objectives of the ARNE and TLPE sectors (Environment and Urban Planning) as well as aspects of SPW Digital.
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between various internal and external actors in these processes, serving as a foundation for a requirements document.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for the solution in agreement with the relevant sectors and SPW Digital personnel involved in the project.
• Assist the testing team in facilitating analysis workshops and drafting acceptance test scenarios with the sectors as needed.
• Support the testing team in writing validation test scenarios in accordance with the testing and quality strategy validated by the quality manager of the program team.
• Communicate and validate all deliverables with the relevant sectors.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concepts, jargon, rules).
• Verify that the chosen solution meets the formulated expectations.
• Contribute to the smooth progress of the project within the program.

Activities:

• Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops with the business.
• Coordinate with architects, POs, and other analysts in the program to ensure coherence in analysis.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with the sectors involved in the project and their external partners.
• Model, create, and maintain the requirements document and communicate it effectively.
• Propose simplification and mutualization strategies while considering project constraints and respecting stakeholders.
