Flen Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to reinforce our Belgium sales team, covering the Brussels area and promoting wound care and skin care products to hospitals, pharmacies, and care centers. You will be the primary contact for KOLs and drive sales with a clear regional strategy.

The ideal candidate holds a paramedical or nursing degree, has experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, speaks French fluently with good English, and possesses a driving license. Dutch is an asset.

Qualifications

• Paramedical or Nursing degree or equivalent based on relevant experience.
• Experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Data savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and Showpad.
• Fluent in French and good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Valid Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Represent our products and manage sales for your territory.
• Develop a sales strategy with the manager using market insights.
• Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices.
• Execute all sales activities from product introductions to training customers.
• Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in your region.
• Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.
• Keep the CRM system up to date and compliant with company standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical departments to reach goals.
