Abbott Vascular is seeking a Territory Manager for the Coronary team in Belgium, covering North and South Brussels and Limburg. You will drive sales across Core Coro products and PCIO devices, building clinical and commercial relationships and supporting in-lab procedures.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree or clinical qualification and at least 3 years in healthcare sales, with strong negotiation and planning skills, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or clinical qualification (e.g. nursing, biomedical sciences) or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a healthcare sales role, ideally within cardiology.
• Demonstrated understanding of structured selling and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to develop and execute a robust territory business plan.

Responsabilités

• Deliver territory sales targets across the cardiology portfolio by servicing the current customer base, developing new business opportunities, and effectively managing tenders and awarded contracts.
• Build deep clinical and commercial relationships within cath labs, working closely with interventional cardiologists, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Provide in-lab support during complex coronary procedures, ensuring optimal product utilisation and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists to deliver product education, case support, and training programmes across the region.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging clinical data in interventional cardiology.
• Maintain accurate and timely administration, including CRM updates, sales forecasting, reporting, expense management, and budget tracking.
• Represent Abbott with professionalism and full compliance in all customer interactions.
• Act as a role model for high-performance behaviours, accountability, and customer focus.
