POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics GmbH is seeking a field-based sales professional to expand its Belgium footprint among surgeons, clinics and hospitals. You will manage an established client base, build trusted partnerships with plastic and breast surgeons, and develop a strategic territory plan to identify opportunities and increase POLYTECH’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable qualification in business administration, life sciences, healthcare or related field.
• Several years of sales experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare or premium aesthetic products.
• Strong experience in account management and new-business development; network in plastic surgery, breast surgery, aesthetic medicine or Belgian hospital/clinic sector is a plus.
• Credible communication with specialized clinical clients and ability to build sustainable relationships.
• Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, data-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel across Belgium and internationally; fluent in Flemish Dutch and French with strong English.

Responsabilités

• Take over, retain and further develop POLYTECH’s established client base of surgeons, clinics and hospitals throughout Belgium.
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with plastic surgeons, breast surgeons, clinics, hospitals, purchasing stakeholders and other decision-makers.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, identify new business opportunities and increase POLYTECH’s market presence in Belgium.
• Provide approved product support and contribute to product launches, workshops, congresses, educational activities and client-oriented events.
• Take ownership of your client portfolio, sales pipeline and forecasts while collaborating with POLYTECH’s international commercial and support teams.
