Penumbra is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial success across Belgium and Luxembourg by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business in the vascular market. You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, advancing vascular therapies and improving patient outcomes.

This field-based role requires clinical engagement, commercial ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience within medical devices or related industry.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus; valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Drive territory growth across Belgium & Luxembourg by acquiring new business.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize product adoption.
• Build partnerships with physicians, interventional specialists, hospital stakeholders, and KOLs across Belgium & Luxembourg.
• Provide procedural support, product demonstrations, and clinical expertise during evaluations.
• Deliver customer education and training to support adoption of vascular therapies.
• Identify opportunities to expand therapy utilization and assist customers with integrating new technologies.
• Leverage market developments and reimbursement opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Monitor customer needs and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to support territory objectives.
