Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare innovator, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive the Medical Surgical portfolio in Belgian hospitals. You will manage full sales cycles, engage with diverse stakeholders, and deliver value through expert product knowledge and strong customer relationships.

You will travel up to 60% domestically, work remotely within Belgium, and utilize your clinical background to support tender processes and service excellence. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in the Hospital segment and tenders with medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in a medical/nursing or para-medical study.
• Sound clinical knowledge is critical to this role.
• High level of communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborates with colleagues across functions, cultures and countries.
• Interacts with customers at all levels within their environment.
• Public speaking, presentation and training skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, goal oriented.
• MS Office knowledge and database management.
• Fluency in Dutch, good English knowledge.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate and promote the Solventum Medical Surgical Portfolio in hospitals by leading the full sales process.
• Defend existing business by delivering excellent service and added value to customers.
• Build and develop networks with existing and new customers.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, congresses and meetings with customers.
• Translate customer needs into value-driven proposals.
• Perform financial follow-up against targets.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions.
