Key tasks include incident management with Ivanti ITSM, device provisioning, and maintaining knowledge base. Fluency in French and Dutch is required; English is a plus. This is a 100% on-site role in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• 3+ years of experience with Ivanti ITSM.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management abilities.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
• 100% on-site availability in Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Log, analyse, and resolve incidents via phone or ITSM tools.
• Diagnose issues and apply suitable solutions.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to users.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and workstations.
• Prepare and deploy user workstations per procedures.
• Manage Android and iOS devices including subscriptions.
• Improve internal procedures and maintain the Service Desk knowledge base.
• Document solutions and share best practices.
